                                         "Divyavani.tv 15 day Exchange Policy ”

Exchange Policy offers you the option to exchange items purchased on Divyavani.tv within 15days of receipt. If you choose to exchange the item for receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However an exchange is subject to availability of the item in our stock. Exchange for any item is possible only if the item is not in correct size or colour that you ordered.

We can't bear a loss either; so exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are exchanged in a proper condition.

With the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition.

Please note that  "Divyavani.tv's 15 day Exchange Policy" does not apply to Beauty products, Jewellery, Swimsuits,crockery items

Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by Divyavani team.

Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Exchange Policy.

Some special rules for promotional offers may override "divyavani.tv 15 Day Exchange Policy."
